How much does shipping cost?
We use UPS for shipping, and you have two options:
UPS Standard Shipping - No Signature: This option allows your package to be delivered without a signature. It's convenient if you’re okay with the package being left at your door, with a neighbor, or with a guardian. Just note that we aren't responsible for the package once it's delivered.
UPS Standard Shipping - Signature Required: This option ensures that your package is received by you or someone you trust, as a signature will be required upon delivery.

Can I order prescription glasses?
Not at the moment, but we hope to offer them in the future!
How should I care for my ARCUS sunglasses?
Treat your ARCUS sunglasses like any other pair, but keep in mind that the piercings are handcrafted. These piercings, originally meant for face and body, might move slightly. Though they are glued securely, it's best to handle them gently and avoid vigorous shaking.
Can I buy extra piercings?
At the moment, we don't offer extra piercings for purchase separately.
Can I request an Arcus style with my own frame?
While we appreciate your creativity, we currently do not offer the option to customize Arcus styles with external frames. However, we have a wide range of designs that we hope you'll love just as much.
Can I cancel or modify my order after it's been placed?
Since each pair is made to order, we can accommodate cancellations or modifications within 24 hours of placing the order. After that, we cannot guarantee changes, but we will do our best to assist you.
What payment methods do you accept?
We accept payments via major credit cards (Visa, MasterCard) and PayPal.
Are your sunglasses unisex?
Yes, our designs are versatile and can be worn by anyone. We offer a range of styles to suit different preferences.
